Certifications: ACE Personal Training, CPR/AED and First Aid
Major(s): Kinesiology – Athletic Training
Fitness Specialties: Running for beginners, race training programming, core stability, flexibility, strength training for weight-loss, fitness education.
Ryan’s Training Philosophy: I believe regular physical activity is key for one’s physical and psychological well-being. I believe in helping create well-rounded athletes of all levels through patience and versatility. My main goal as a trainer is to educate my clients and provide them with the tools to maintain an active lifestyle for life.

Robin:
Certifications: ACSM Personal Trainer
Degree: BS Exercise Science, MS Clinical Exercise Physiology
Fitness Specialties: High risk patients/clients (cardiac/pulmonary/diabetes), half-marathon training, muscle gain, general fitness.
Robin’s Training Philosophy: The point of personal training is to help the client reach their goals, whatever they may be, from increasing endurance, strength, flexibility, or all of the above. I want to challenge my client while making it fun and also showing them, based on my knowledge and experience, the fundamentals of an exercise program.
