FITT Camps

FITT Camp =  Focused, Integrated, Team, Training.

FITT Camp offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at an affordable rate!  Whether it be for fat loss, general conditioning, or elite level athletics, the added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level. Experience custom designed workouts that are tailored specifically to your team. Improve your ability to accomplish your goals with the help of your personal trainer and your team! FITT Camps meet for one hour, twice per week, for 4 weeks.

Strength Essentials:

Strength Essentials provides back to the basics knowledge of fitness. This class will provide you with the knowledge to ensure an efficient and safe workout . Introduce your workouts to new equipment while building confidence to master navigating around the weight room!

Looking to improve your speed and agility? Check out this fast paced workout, guaranteed to challenge your cardio vascular system! It only makes sense to train like an athlete in a camp run by one of UWM’s athletes!
