Dr. Jenna Loyd, assistant professor of public health policy and administration in the Zilber School of Public Health and a faculty member of the College of Letters and Science’s Urban Studies Programs, is interviewed by the UWM Report’s Kathy Quirk. Dr. Loyd explains that she grew interested in how places affect people’s health unevenly. She also was part of a team that studied the impact of mass incarceration in Wisconsin.
