Get Tech Help

The online Get Tech Help web portal is where UWM users can get assistance with their technology questions. The portal allows users to submit requests for IT help, view a knowledge base, and view current system status for UWM IT systems.

UWM KnowledgeBase

The UWM KnowledgeBase (KB) is an online collection of documents, How-To guides and procedural articles regarding UWM services and applications. It is the perfect resource for UWM students, faculty, staff to get the technology help they need with just one click.
