Panther Orientation and Transition is designed to make your transition to UWM as seamless as possible. Through your orientation program or Canvas course, Panther Transition Training Modules, and Panther Transition Experience you can expect to:

  • Enroll in courses and get set-up with UWM technology tools
  • Explore campus and resources that will support your success
  • Become aware of important resources and policies related to Title IX, Free Speech, and the Federal Education Privacy Rights Act (FERPA)
  • Participate in UWM traditions with fellow new Panthers and make memories that last a lifetime

We’ll guide you through each step of the process to ensure you’ve completed all the required steps necessary to know what to expect and be successful on your first day of class. We’re committed to your success and can’t wait to welcome you to the Panther community! Let’s get started!
