The members of Phi Sigma Sigma Rho live by and strive for five values:

Scholarship: Maintaining a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA and striving to exceed the all Greek average. Individuality: Accepting yourself and others as they are. Loyalty: Being committed to a lifelong sisterhood and maintaining the trust of your sisters. Multiculturalism: Appreciating all the ways in which people are different from each other and demolishing Greek stereotypes.

Through living these values every day we push each other to become better women and support one another in our goals.

For us sisterhood is not a random act but a permanent attitude. In all that we do, we strive to become who we want to be through scholastic excellence, respect, and loyalty. Together we are more than just a group of women because it’s not where we come from, it’s where we belong.
