UW-Milwaukee have purchase the Adobe Creative Cloud suite license for the university computers. The Adobe Creative Cloud brings together everything you need to create your greatest work. Giving users access to a collection of software for graphic design, picture editing, video editing, and web development.
How to get the Software:
UWM faculty and staff can purchase individual software application of the Adobe CC through the SoftwareShop. Once faculty or staff complete an order, a notification is sent to their department’s IT support technician who will assist with installation. The technician will contact the buyer with instructions–how to obtain the software.
- Home Use: Faculty and staff can purchase Creative Cloud Home Use for $19.95 for installation on personally-owned computers from WISC Software. That is a one-year subscription. If at the end of one year, the faculty or staff person wants to continue using Creative Cloud, they would repurchase it for $19.95. Home Use Creative Cloud can only be installed on personally-owned computers but can be used for any non-commercial purpose.
