Tim Peterson is currently the director of the Small Business Development Center at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tim has been involved with business management and market development in both large and small companies for the past 20 years. Beginning his career with a Fortune 100 company, he progressed to lead successful international operations in Korea and Australia. During his time at the center Tim has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs to improve business performance and turn ideas into viable business concepts. In addition to working directly with entrepreneurs, Tim has facilitated and instructed numerous programs and workshops in the area of entrepreneurship, marketing and business operations. Tim has a BA in History from UW-Madison and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
