Scott has been in working in Human Resources and Employment law for the past eighteen years. He has worked for some of the most prestigious companies and institutions in Wisconsin. Currently he is Human Resources Affirmative Action Officer for the City of Racine, Wisconsin. He has done Human Resources and labor relations work for Eastern Airlines and Midwest Airlines. Scott is an adjunct faculty member for Cardinal Stritch University’s College of Business. He has held Human Resources and Employment Law seminars for the University of Wisconsin, Parkside, and Madison campuses, Marquette University and the Medical College of Wisconsin. He also has done work for the Milwaukee Health Department.
Scott holds an undergraduate degree from North Carolina A&T State University and master’s degrees from Northwestern University and Seton Hall University. He is a board member of OIC of Racine County and Gateway Technical College’s Affirmative Action Committee. He holds professional memberships with the American Association of Affirmative Action, the Wisconsin Association of Equal Opportunity and the International Listening Association among others.
