Science and Math Careers: Barriers and Supports
Analyze the results of a recent study funded by the National Science Foundation. The study examined what male and female students perceive as the barriers and supports for entering a math or science career. A large group of middle school, high school and college students were surveyed to assess what factors affected their decision to take more math and science classes (middle or high school), or pursue a math or science career (college).
