Organizational Development Plan and Implementation

Learn to create an organizational development plan. Review case studies for further understanding of vision, strategy and goals.

This course includes a workplace-based practicum project. Your instructor will mentor you through the process, provide feedback, and assess your successful completion of the project. You will be given both class time and extended time outside of the scheduled class time to complete the assignment. Successful completion of the project will be required before CEU’s will be awarded.

This course can be applied to the Organizational Development Certificate.
