Mind Aerobics

Explore a variety of tools to help you with brain fitness while having fun. The only equipment needed is imagination and the willingness to disturb old habit patterns for the day. No matter how young or old you are, this workshop will engage you in mental gymnastics and set you up to improve your intellectual edge.
