Managing Change

One thing is certain, organizations are constantly going through change. This course will help you to understand the different types of change and how to use a change management methodology to successfully navigate and implement that change. Learn the importance of identifying key stakeholders in the change process, managing resistance to change and action planning.

Change Management is Part 1 of managing organizational change. Part 2 is the Strategic Communication Plan. For maximum impact on the change process within your organization, take both courses.
