With results from a series of self-assessments completed before class, learn how your own style and needs compare with those of other public managers and with your agency goals. Utilize in-depth discussion and analysis to improve your understanding of yourself, and promote excellence in public management.

You must register by January 8, 2014 so that you can complete the self-assessments before class. Class time will be used for discussion and analysis.

This is a required Supervisory Core Class for those seeking the Certified Public Manager designation.
