Green Infrastructure – Why Should we care?
National experts will describe the motivations, costs, and benefits for green infrastructure implementation. By participating in this webinar, which is sponsored by the CSWEA-Wisconsin Watershed Committee and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education, you will obtain current information on green infrastructure trends as they apply to wastewater utilities and municipal stormwater managers both in Wisconsin and elsewhere in the United States. Case studies will be presented to show the motivations for implementing green infrastructure to address water quality requirements in total maximum daily loads (TMDLs), water quantity management in combined and separate sewer systems, and other emerging applications. Don’t miss this opportunity to be informed on these new trends that affect regulators, point source dischargers, and everyone else who cares about our watersheds.
