Different Styles of Grieving; Different Styles of Healing

Examine the differences between “intuitive grievers” (feeling oriented people) and “instrumental grievers” (cognitive/action oriented people), and their different styles of grieving and healing. Learn many practical tools for the grieving and those companioning the bereaved. Also look at gender differences and similarities.

The Conference Objectives:

1) Identify ways of assessing a person’s own grieving style and language as well as assessing a person’s own psycho-social and psycho-spiritual needs

2) Explain tools and techniques for addressing psycho-social and psycho-spiritual needs of people experiencing grief and loss
