Communication Styles – Valuing Individual Preferences – WiSE – Oct. 2, 2014
The Valuing Individual Preferences session will help participants understand and adapt to the differences in people’s behavioral styles. Prior to the session, participants complete the Drake P3 Communication survey and receive their peronalized feedback results during the session, valued at $150. Participants will gain insight into individual strengths and blind spots, as well as how to “flex” to others and build stronger relationships.
By participating in Valuing Individual Preferences, participants will increase inter-personal effectiveness by:
- Gaining awareness about their preferred behavior traits
- Gaining awareness about how to “flex” to other behavioral styles.
All sessions are Face-to-Face unless otherwise noted.
