The Neutral Zone Process

The Neutral Zone is a consensus driven process designed to assist managers, supervisors and staff to resolve communication-related challenges or conflicts/problems that are affecting their ability to perform their job at a desired level.

The participants will learn the necessary skills to manage conflicting situations and, therefore, ensure that they contribute to not only create a positive work environment, but potentially prevent or reduce complaints of discrimination, and differential treatment and/or harassment.

Benefits and Learning Outcomes

  • Provide participants with tools and strategies to use when responding to employees’ concerns and/or complaints regarding other’s negative behaviors, lack of cooperation, cross cultural conflicts and others
  • Participants will effectively address behaviors that can seriously impact on individuals’ job performance, the work environment, and the organizational requirement to create and maintain an inclusive and respectful work environment

All sessions are Face-to-Face unless otherwise noted.
