Performance Coaching for Public Managers
Bringing out the best in people requires the public manager to shift his or her role from manager/supervisor to leader/coach. Examine the quality of your coaching relationships with your staffers and discover a variety of tools to assist in diagnosing the causes that limit employee performance. An alternative to the traditional performance review will be presented that puts the employee in charge of the assessment process.
