2018 Early Childhood Director Day
Inspiring the Heart. Engaging the Mind.
Save the date: Saturday, April 28, 2018 for a day of inspiration and professional development.
Hosted by the Center for Early Childhood Professional Development and Leadership, the day brings together professionals throughout the early care and education field to share their proven strategies for success around topics such as mentoring, brain development, team building and resiliency. It is our goal that the keynote and each breakout session will spark new ideas and make new connections that participants can bring back to their program. We expect the topics will lead to change…in your thinking, in your practice, in your program.
Whether you are an experienced professional or a newcomer in the role of leader/manager, we urge you to come learn from professionals, share your experiences and deepen your knowledge.
This event is intended for: child care center directors, early education principals, administrators, program directors, operations managers, early childhood leaders, Licensing specialists, early childhood technical assistance professionals and Master/Lead teachers who are interested in any of these roles.
The UWM School of Continuing Education Conference Center is conveniently located in the heart of Milwaukee’s business and commercial district, the center occupies the seventh floor of the historic Plankinton building. With more than 25,000 square feet of classroom and informal meeting areas, we offer a unique environment for professional education and training that is both relaxing and free of distractions.
