We make it easy for guests to register for your event and for you to provide personalized details that make them feel welcome when they are here. In fact, our registration office processes more than 35,000 noncredit enrollments each year. All registration services are available to other UW System institutions and departments on a contract basis, including:

• Efficient registration software that allows us to send confirmations and invoices for programs, including those held off-site
• Production of class rosters, name badges and table tents to save you time
• Registrations via telephone, email, fax, mail and in-person

Event Consulting

Our veteran staff of conference and event planners stand ready to assist organizers with program logistics at the conference center. We can help with:

• Logistics coordination
• Registration processing
• Securing appropriate instructional media
• Making catering arrangements
• Assembling instructional materials

Media Services

Our variety of comprehensive technology enhances instruction and communication. Resources include:

• Wired internet available in all classrooms with Wi-Fi access throughout the entire Conference Center. For events with higher internet traffic, bandwidth is increased as needed
• For distance learning and teleconferencing, we offer a two-way compressed video unit, satellite receive capabilities and WisLine teleconferencing telephone system access
• Audio-visual equipment that spans everything from flip charts to teleconferencing
• Instructional resources that include portable computers, DVD players, LCD projectors, televisions and wireless microphone systems, all designed to accommodate varying teaching styles
