“Building Community Capacity through Collaboration” presentation by Leah Fiasca, Project Manager at Greater Milwaukee Committee

Lecture Summary

How do you approach facilitating a common vision for Milwaukee? The Greater Milwaukee Committee comprises 200 passionate CEOs who work together to Make Milwaukee the best place to live, learn, work, and play. The vast majority of the GMC’s work is done through collaborative decision-making and focuses on three themes: innovation and talent; economic prosperity; vibrancy of place. Leah Fiasca, project director, will discuss current efforts from our local CEOs and the GMC’s strategic plan for the next three years, which includes a massive expansion of the GMC’s placemaking effort and how the organization continues to facilitate the cultivation of a shared vision for our Milwaukee community.
