UWM offers a menu of affordable transportation resources to meet the needs of every UWM student – anywhere in southeastern Wisconsin. Services are free, unless otherwise noted.

  • Student permit parking available in the Northwest Quadrant Garage.
  • Free shuttle to-and-from five UWM residence halls for residents and their guests.
  • BOSS – late-night escort services that accompany students walking from campus to home
  • UPASS – a semester-long pass for unlimited free rides via the Milwaukee County Transit System
  • ZIMRIDE and Enterprise – pay-per-use ride-share and car-rental programs
  • UPARK lot – meet us on the outskirts of the UWM neighborhood, park in a secure lot and travel by bus straight to your next class!
