Dr. Janczak joined the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee College of Nursing in 2001 as lecturer in the area of pharmacology. He has been an instructor over the years for both the undergraduate pharmacology and the graduate level advanced pharmacology courses. Dr. Janczak resides in Waukesha Wisconsin and is currently the Director of Pharmacy Services for Mercy Health System, Janesville, Wisconsin. He has held several pharmacy staff and hospital pharmacy management positions in the Milwaukee area including clinical pharmacist, pharmacy supervisor, and clinical coordinator prior to his current position at Mercy Health System. Dr. Janczak has previously worked as a hospital surveyor for The Joint Commission and currently holds a position as intermittent consultant for Joint Commission Resources.

Don is a graduate of Marquette University and received his B.S degree in pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois- Chicago and is currently a registered pharmacist licensed in both the State of Wisconsin and Illinois. He is recognized through the Board of Pharmacy Specialist (BPS) as a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). Dr. Janczak received his Master of Science degree in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety from Northwestern University in Chicago.
