Researchers at the Milwaukee Institute for Drug Discovery advance basic science and develop new drug strategies to treat human diseases. Current research focuses on infectious diseases caused by bacteria and viruses, cancer, neurological disorders and asthma. Faculty members work with doctoral students and post-doctoral fellows and collaborate with academic and industrial laboratories globally.
