UW-Milwaukee is home to an impressive, though little known, art collection of more than 7,600 items, ranging from Western to non-Western, ancient to contemporary.
The collection holds the work of such notable artists as Jean Arp, Joan Miró, Henry Moore, Victor Vasarely, Alexander Calder and Pablo Picasso.
You can enjoy much of the Art Collection online, and in exhibits in the UWM Art Gallery in Mitchell Hall.
