Beginning on Sept. 27, when you log in to MyUW at https://my.uwm.edu or https://my.wisconsin.edu, you’ll experience the new MyUW site.
The default view of MyUW has been upgraded for UWM to provide an improved, more modern user experience than the old, 2001 version of MyUW.
The new MyUW opens the door to better and faster development methods for new and updated content. The new MyUW has:
- A responsive design (which means it’s formatted to work on any device) that is sleek and less cluttered.
- Better search functionality, making it easier to find the things you need.
- Design consistency across content.
- New icon or widget (detailed) view optimizing access to information.
- New notification feature.
The UW System MyUW Team has designed and continues to develop the new MyUW in a user-centered and responsive way.
No functional changes were made to the apps. You can find a summary of features in the UWM KnowledgeBase.
The UWM MyUW Team has pre-populated some favorite campus apps on your home page based on your role on campus. But you have the power to personalize with apps that work best for you.
