Through the self-paced, competency-based UW Flexible Option format, UWM’s RN to BSN program is for nurses with associate degrees who would like to earn a baccalaureate degree while still having time for work and family.
According to the website, the Institute of Medicine recently released a study on The Future of Nursing, which calls for increasing the number of baccalaureate-prepared nurses in the workforce to 80 percent by 2020.
