New from Microsoft: Forms, Flow and PowerApps

Office 365 will have three new applications added to the online application launcher on Wednesday, June 28. These applications can assist you with the collection and automation of data.

Forms
Office 365 Forms allows for the easy creation of custom quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations and more. The creator uses forms to invite others to respond using any web browser, including mobile devices. The results are quickly tabulated with additional analytics provided.

Flow
Office 365 Flow can be used to create personal (stored within the creator’s personal OneDrive space) workflows among Office 365 applications and services to receive notifications, synchronize files, collect data, etc. Flow provides built-in templates that offer suggestions on how to simplify and streamline processes.

PowerApps
Office 365 PowerApps provides a platform for the development of custom, personal applications. PowerApps provides a toolset for novice developers, enabling them to create custom solutions for personal tasks that can be quickly referenced through a web browser or mobile application.

Each of these Office 365 applications has its own unique feature set. Microsoft offers support and information on these and other applications.
