New, easier-to-use faculty-staff page debuts June 27

A new faculty/staff web page with much improved design and navigation makes its debut on Tuesday, June 27.

The page collects in one place most of the essential links to pages that members of the faculty and staff use every day.

Many of the most commonly used links are right at the top of the page, including Office 365, PAWS, D2L and My UW System Portal.

Other links are organized into sections, including news and organizational information, directories and maps, administrative services and campus safety. A navigation box at the top of the column on the right side provides a way to jump to the section desired.

The column on the right side includes updates on the budget and from the chancellor and provost, as well as campus announcements, news and events.

At lower right is an area where faculty and staff can offer feedback on the new page. See things you like or dislike, or things that could be improved? Please offer your opinions through the feedback form.

The committee redesigning the page solicited and received input from members of the faculty and staff.

If you’ve bookmarked the previous faculty/staff page, there’s no need to change it — the page retains its current URL, uwm.edu/faculty-staff.
