Fall 2012-summer 2013 D2L courses will be removed starting May 26

Every year, the oldest course sites hosted in D2L are removed as part of the annual D2L course cleanup. This year, courses from fall 2012 to summer 2013 will be removed. Information contained in those course sites, as well as the courses’ student information, will no longer be available. Sandbox, ongoing and administrative-focused courses are unaffected by this process.

If you have a course that is part of the cleanup process, now is the time to act to save any information you may need.

Course information can be copied to new or sandbox courses. Student information can be exported from D2L.

Please note the following important dates.

• May 12: Last day to request assistance with retaining courses.
• May 26: Last day to make a copy of course information or student information.
• Courses will be removed after May 26.

Complete information — including instructions on how to save course and student information and directions to legal resources — may be found in the D2L course cleanup resources website.
