A Lifetime Achievement Award for Sieff from her peers

Sherri Sieff, clinical professor emerita in communication sciences and disorders, is the recipient of the 2015 Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Association Lifetime Achievement Award.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is given to an individual for years of professional service to the field of communication disorders.

supervised graduate students in the on-campus clinic, taught undergraduate courses integrating articulation and child language theory with the clinical process and also taught the courses School-age Language and The Role of the Speech-Language Pathologist in Literacy.

Sieff’s expertise focuses on school-age language development and the assessment and intervention of oral and written language disorders in this population.

Sieff and other award recipients are to be honored Feb. 5 at the President’s Banquet and Awards Ceremony in Wisconsin Dells.
