2017 American Meteorological Society Annual Meeting

Faculty and students attended and presented research at the 2017 American Meteorological Society’s 97th Annual Meeting in Seattle, WA from January 21-26, 2017. In addition to presentations given during the main conference, the program had a booth at the AMS Career Fair from January 21st-23rd, hosted a lunch for prospective graduate students at The Cheesecake Factory on January 23rd, and participated in an early-career-focused speed networking event on January 23rd. Downtime prompted some sightseeing, including the Atmospheric Science Club’s trip to the Space Needle on January 22nd!
