The Linguistics Department running team, “The Crossovers” (Fred Eckman, Sandra Pucci, and Hamid Ouali), participated with pride in the 11th annual Panther Prowl 5K run on Saturday, October 10. Fred placed fifth in his age group, Sandra ninth in hers, and Hamid eighth in his! Linguistics doctoral student Liya Mar also completed the course. Congratulations to all.
