The Adaptive Technology Room (W110N) may be reserved by current UWM student, faculty or staff who need to use the adaptive technology and or software available in this room. There is also a distraction free room (WB48) without equipment that can be booked by students with disabilities for test taking or silent study located in the lower level, west wing.
Reservations should be requested in advance to assure use of either room on the desired day and time. Use of either room without a reservation is allowed, however W110N is a multi-use room and unscheduled, walk-in use of the room may not always be possible. It may be reserved for any day or time that the Daniel M. Soref Learning Commons is open. WB48 room is available during regular building hours only.
Please note the following policies:
- Use of the rooms is limited to 3 hours a day per person.
- Food is allowed but must be cleaned up and discarded properly.
- Users that are more than 20 minutes late for a reservation will forfeit their reservation.
For best service, please submit your reservation requests via this form Monday – Friday.
Room schedules are posted outside the Adaptive Technology Rooms each day.
