Since 1985 Vivent Health, formerly known as AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin (ARCW), has led the fight against AIDS, providing critical prevention, healthcare, and social services for people living with HIV. It has grown from a small, social services agency to Wisconsin’s largest HIV healthcare provider and the most comprehensive AIDS service organization in the United States. This digital collection draws from the records of ARCW which the organization donated to the Archives of the UWM Libraries in 2015. It includes photographs of ARCW leadership and fundraisers; posters promoting ARCW fundraisers and its prevention, legal, medical, and dental services; and promotional films and amateur films of AIDS Walk Wisconsin.
