Festival of Films in French 20th Anniversary Opening Celebration

On opening night, please join us for our 20th Anniversary Celebration of the UWM Festival of Films in French with guest of honor and festival founder Professor Emerita Gabrielle Verdier.

Hors d’oeuvres and soft drinks will be served, cash bar available. (Please RSVP, see below).
The celebration is followed by the screening at 7pm in the UWM Union Cinema of the first film of the festival: Bernard Tavernier’s 2016 documentary “Voyage à travers le cinéma français.”
This year’s film festival runs from February 17-26 with 20 wonderful films to commemorate twenty years of bringing quality films in French to UWM and Milwaukee. All films are subtitled in English, free and open to the public:
