Teach and Learn in Korea (TaLK)

Talk is a Korean government scholarship program. Talk program is designed to award currently undergraduate students or recently graduate students with the opportunity to teach English at public elementary schools in Korea. To be eligible, applicants must be finished at least 2 years of academic completion as well as hold citizenship from major English-speaking countries.

English Program in Korea (Epik)

Epik is affiliated with the Korean ministry of education. The goal of this program is to improve the oral proficiency of Korean students and teachers as well as to exchange cultures between Korea and foreign countries. To be eligible, applicants must hold citizenship from the United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom or South Africa. The difference from the Talk is that Epik applicants must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
