ISS Project Open Forums – Mon., August 14 and Wed., August 16

The Integrated Support Services (ISS) Project Leadership Team would like to share project findings and recommendations, discuss what will be happening during the Implementation Phase, and entertain questions about the Project. Two open fora have been scheduled to provide staff who currently provide the services of the in-scope functions in the schools, colleges and divisions identified for the prototype hub an opportunity to be updated. A schedule for the fora is included below.

Goals for the fora are:

  • Provide an update on the deliverables of the Project to date
  • Describe what will be taking place during the Implementation Phase of the Project
  • Entertain any questions individuals may have

Project open forum sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes, with approximately 20 minutes for the presentation and the remainder of the time for questions and discussion. We may not use the whole 90 minutes, but want to be sure to allow for sufficient time for discussion. The fora scheduled below are intended for staff who currently provide services in the in-scope functions.

Additional fora intended for broader audiences will be offered in the fall. Please plan to attend one of the fora. The Leadership Team is very interested in hearing from as many of you as possible to ensure questions and concerns are addressed as the Project moves into the Implementation Phase.
