Implementation Core Team Data Gathering & Analysis

Informational sessions have been set up for potential ISS hub providers, and will provide more details regarding the work of the Core Team, the Hub Dialogues, and the process overall.

Sessions have been scheduled for the following dates, times, and locations:

Wednesday, September 20, 10:30-11:30 – Union 280
Friday, September 22, 10:30-11:30 – Union 191
Monday, September 25, 2:00-3:00 – Union 280

Potential providers will have the opportunity to hear an overview of the process the team will be using to collect information and how the information will be used in the project and to ask any questions they have about the process. The intended audience for the open forums are those who currently deliver in-scope services for the Prototype Hub population.

Potential staff providers will be asked to participate in a Hub Dialogue to better understand their existing duties, roles, responsibilities, and interests. This dialogue will create a deeper understanding of these various areas, helping to ensure the best possible transition into the new structure.

We want to provide this opportunity to hear about next steps to as many affected staff as possible. Please check-in with your colleagues to make sure they received the email. That will help us ensure we haven’t missed anyone with this invitation.
