Wellness and Incentive Program for 2017

StayWell is the State of Wisconsin’s new Well Wisconsin program administrator for 2017. Well Wisconsin offers tools, webinars, and resources to help you achieve your health goals.

Employees, retirees, and their spouses/domestic partners, who are enrolled in a Wisconsin State Group Health Insurance Plan may complete the StayWell health screening and health assessment, by October 20, 2017, to earn a $150 Well Wisconsin incentive.

To get started, you will need to create an account on the secure StayWell Health Portal.

How to Get Your Incentive

Once you have created your account, you will need to complete the following two steps in the StayWell Health Portal:

  1. Get your health screening, and submit your results to StayWell.
  2. Take the StayWell online health assessment. It is mobile friendly and only takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Instant Incentive

Redeem your $150 incentive instantly using the StayWell portal or request to receive your Visa gift card by mail once you have completed both steps.

Incentive Deadline

In order to earn the 2017 incentive, both steps must be completed and submitted to StayWell by
October 20, 2017.

Self-Directed Health Coaching

21 Day Meditation Experience

The magic of meditation can repair connections and grow brain tissue, which has been proven to make a significant difference to mental clarity, patience, outlook and overall well-being. This is a self-guided meditation tool that starts with a quick 7-minute session and works up to 20 minutes of practiced awareness.
