UWM’s Department of Human Resources, in partnership with Restaurant Operations, is co-hosting a series of cooking classes for UWM employees. Join Restaurant Operations’ award winning culinary professionals for a small-group, hands-on learning experience. Learn new skills in food preparation and take home samples of your own creations. Classes are held on the third floor of the Student Union, in the kitchen space of the former Kenwood Inn, and they are open to UWM faculty, staff, and students.
