Maintenance

The Maintenance Staff handles most routine problems within 24-36 hours. Routine problems include, but are not limited to:

  • burned out light bulbs
  • leaky faucets, clogged drains
  • broken door locks
  • out-of-order washers and dryers

You may report housekeeping and maintenance concerns via a work order. Work orders can be filled out online and should be completed here soon after any indication of a problem. If you fail to report room maintenance concerns as they occur you may be held liable for damages when you vacate.
