Four Honors College students gave paper presentations at the First Annual Monster Conference, which was held at the Honors House on October 28. Speakers included: Mack Tubridy, Emmy LaLuzerne, Adela Raicu, and Emily Ortega.  The subjects of their papers ranged from pre-Christian werewolves to serial killers in popular culture to the monsters who haunt the dreams of millennials.  The presentations sparked intense conversations that went on long after the conference itself ended.  Thank you to everyone who took part, presenters and audience members alike.  We had a great turnout and hope to hold the Second Annual Monster Conference next year!
