Full-time minority graduate student enrolled in a rehabilitation program, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language pathology. Preference is given to candidates whose career aspirations include pediatric rehabilitation.
Selection is based on academic achievement and financial need.

Consideration for scholarships will require that you submit an application form, student statement, letter of recommendation and résumé (for information on résumé writing visit the Career Planning and Resource Center’s website). Some scholarships require that you submit information in addition to these items (e.g. essay, etc.)
Students who submit a CHS Scholarship Application will be reviewed for eligibility to all available scholarships.
All information provided in this application will be treated confidentially and used only for consideration by the Scholarship Selection Committee. Students who have been found guilty of academic misconduct are not eligible for scholarships.
Students must be enrolled in UWM’s College of Health Sciences in the 2018 fall semester to be a scholarship recipient.
Not all scholarships are based on Financial Need, however, students are strongly encouraged to have completed their 2018-19 FAFSA prior to submitting their scholarship application.
