Full-time minority graduate student enrolled in a rehabilitation program, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language pathology. Preference is given to candidates whose career aspirations include pediatric rehabilitation.
Selection is based on academic achievement and financial need.
As a College of Health Sciences student, you have many scholarship opportunities available in addition to scholarships through UWM’s Financial Aid Office.
All scholarships require that you submit the application form, student statement, letter of recommendation and résumé (for information on résumé writing visit the Career Planning and Resource Center’s website) If you are claiming financial need, you will also need to submit last year’s Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) from the FAFSA. Some scholarships require that you submit information in addition to these items (e.g., essay, etc.). Please read all information about the scholarship(s) for which you are applying and follow the requirements accordingly.
All materials must be submitted by the deadline. Only fully-completed application packages will be considered by the Scholarship Selection Committee.
