Happy International Women’s Day! The Media Collection is celebrating this day by sharing a few films that may make for interesting topics to discuss. The pdf of the March CLACS Media newsletter can be found here with some suggestions. As an additional resource suggestion below is “Maid in America”, a film about three Latin American women who immigrated to the United States and are domestic workers. This film is hosted on Kanopy, a documentary site that UWM students, teachers, and faculty are able to use with their ePanther logins.
