Submitting Transcripts – Graduate Applicants

Graduate applicants must submit academic records for all post-secondary education (college or university), whether or not the program was completed. Transcript records must be submitted in the native language and accompanied by an official English translation.

During the application phase, applicants should upload unofficial versions of their transcripts and transcript translations into the Panthera application system. Official transcripts are not required before admission.

If an applicant is admitted, she or he will be required to submit an official version of all degree-bearing transcripts. All transcripts from international colleges and universities should be brought by the student to the International Admissions Office at the UWM Center for International Education. Students should hand in these transcripts during the check-in process, which happens just before the beginning of the semester. Students who do not submit their transcripts at the beginning of their first semester of study at UWM will have an enrollment hold placed on their student account.

For all transcripts from U.S. colleges and universities, official records must be sent directly to UWM from the institution.
