Taxane-Based Tumor-Targeting

Cancer is the second major cause of death in the United States. Despite the signicant progress in the development of cancer detection, prevention, surgery and therapy, there is still no common cure for patients with malignant diseases. This lecture will present our research program on the discovery and development of novel taxane-based anticancer agents possessing tumor-targeting ability and ecacy against various cancer types, especially drug-resistant tumors.
