44th Annual UW System Chemistry Faculties Meeting

The faculty and staff of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry are pleased to be hosting the 44th Annual University of Wisconsin System Chemistry Faculties Meeting on September 29 and 30. Please join us to meet and learn from your chemistry colleagues from across the UW System.

Nobel laureate Professor Bernard L. Feringa from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands will kick off the event with his plenary address at 7:00 pm on Saturday, September 29 in the Kenwood Interdisciplinary Research Complex located at 3135 N Maryland Avenue.

Saturday will be filled with workshops to help us better understand how to meet our students’ needs in the current educational climate, as well as several presentations of new research instrumentation from our sponsors. Dr. Kyle Swanson from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota will close the meeting with his luncheon keynote address.
