Jason P. Anderson is the Counselor for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing (D/hh), and Students with Physical Disabilities. He grew up Hard-of-Hearing and became deaf as an adult. Jason is an alumni of UW- Milwaukee where he obtained a Bachelors degree in Sociology and American Sign Language Studies. His personal relationship with deafness, hearing loss, and disability allow him the unique opportunity to see multiple perspectives when working with students and staff of all backgrounds.

When Jason isn’t working or volunteering, his time is often spent with his wife doing things such as camping, ice-skating, and disc golfing. He loves tasting new food and traveling whenever possible. Jason is an avid home-brewer and enjoys creating unique brews that he shares with friends and family.
